United States President Joe Biden has arrived in Israel at the start of regional tour, which will be included with a controversial visit to Saudi Arabia.
It will be his first trip to the gulf countries since taking the office of the president. Mr Biden will also be a meeting with the Palestinian president as well as Israeli and Saudi leaders.
The main agenda of this meeting will be on his Saudi Arabia trip due to violation of human rights.
Biden and his Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, will be attending a regional summit in Saudi Arabia, reports said that the United States is seeking an agreement on closer defence co-operation between Israel and several Arabian states – some of them old foes – to counter the threat from the threating side Iran.
After that Mr Biden will become the first United States president to fly directly to the Saudi Arabia from Israel.
